The following information will explain how we ship and deliver goods to you and any charges that may apply. We define shipping of goods from our manufacturers overseas to our UK warehouse as International Shipping and we define onward delivery from our warehouse by courier or white glove delivery as UK/I Delivery*.
It is a priority for us, and echoing positive feedback from our customers, we offset our Carbon Footprint ensuring that all our deliveries are Carbon Neutral.
All of our products are designed and manufactured overseas and are then shipped to the UK. We do hold some items in stock, but most of our items are custom-made to order and are shipped across as soon as they are ready. We, of course, handle all of the customs paperwork, duties and taxes before receiving the goods into our UK warehouse and before onward delivery to you.
Our range of furniture and accessories can vary in size and weight quite dramatically and the cost of shipping these goods can vary depending on their weight and cubic volume. For some of our suppliers, we charge an International Shipping Fee, supplementary to the cost of the item, which we display at the product level and this must be accepted before the item is added to your basket. You will find more information in the detailed product information for each product it applies to.
All goods are initially shipped to our UK warehouse, before being checked and then delivered to your door. Every item’s product description advises whether the item will be delivered by white glove delivery or by premium courier.
We deliver all items throughout the United Kingdom and we can deliver any items indicated “by courier” to Northern Ireland. We currently provide delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland. However, on a request basis we can ty to assist with delivery outside of the UK and Northern Ireland – please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see how we can help.
Once goods are received in our warehouse, our team will make arrangements to get these to you as swiftly as possible. For white glove deliveries, they will get in touch directly with you to plan a convenient time for delivery. For any items being delivered by premium courier, you will receive notification directly from the courier service when they are on their way.
This is our premium delivery service and which we use for the majority of our furniture items. It includes delivery to your specified room, careful placement or assembly, checking the item for any signs of damage, plus removal of any packaging, if you require. Please note, if doing an eligible return, you must return it with all original packaging.
We include simple assembly so that the goods are ready for your use. However, please note we do not include full installation – for example, we have some furniture items that may require affixing to a wall, such as a mirror or wall cabinet and we have some electrical items that require a specialist electrician to install. If in any doubt, please check with our team.
Smaller items are delivered by our premium courier service direct to your door.
When you place an order including multiple items (which may be from one or several suppliers) you will see that they may have different delivery methods or timeframes. Our goal is to always get the items to you as quickly as we can and this may mean they are sent to you at different times and by the noted shipping methods.
However when ordering multiple made to order or shipped to order items from the same supplier and the items have different noted delivery methods, we would usually receive the goods from Italy at the same time and therefore deliver these together, upgrading all items to white glove delivery.
Some items of furniture may have additional delivery information notes included in the product description should there be something helpful to share with you, such as the item being packaged and delivered in a wooden crate to protect it carefully during transit, together with its dimensions.
Any items held in stock and ordered before 1500hrs, will be sent out by premium courier on a Standard Next Day Delivery Service (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays).
We have indicated the anticipated time to produce, ship and deliver the item to your door in every product description. This information is provided as a general guide and, often, we supply items faster than indicated.
There are times of the year in Italy, generally in August and at Christmas, when manufacturing temporarily shuts down and this may slow production a little. When we confirm your order, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe and we’ll stay in touch to keep you updated of progress and when we are ready to plan a convenient delivery slot.
Our prices include a white glove delivery service for all of our furniture items indicated, when delivered to an address in England, Wales and Central Scotland (surcharges may apply to Scottish Highlands, please enquire for details and we do not cover the Islands or Ireland with white glove services).
For all in-stock items for orders placed by 1500hrs, we offer next day delivery (Monday to Friday). For any custom made or shipped to order items, these will be sent on the next courier service after receipt in our warehouse and will be delivered Monday to Friday.

It is important you are confident that the item can fit through your entrance, hallway, stairwell or any area that it may need to pass through so that it can be placed exactly where you require it, ready for you to enjoy. Please take a good look at our Will it Fit? Guide to assist you, as it is your responsibility to ensure the item can be successfully delivered.
If you have not yet received goods, but would like to cancel an order within eligible timeframes, please either send an email providing the information indicated in our Model Cancellation Form in clause 7.6 or call our team on 020 3908 5605 and we will be happy to make the arrangements for you.
Should you wish to return an eligible item, the cost of the return will be at your expense and will be by the same method as their delivery. For more information about our returns policy, please check in our Terms and Conditions in clause 7. Please either send an email providing the information indicated in our Model Cancellation Form in clause 7.6 or call our team on 020 3908 5605 and we will be happy to make the arrangements for you. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
For all furniture items and any items delivered to you by our white glove delivery service, returns will be by the same method and the costs are as follows:
For your convenience, and if you pre-arrange this service, our delivery team is able to take away your unwanted sofa when you have a new one delivered. These items are evaluated to determine whether it is possible to donate to charity or to be recycled.
This service must be pre-booked to ensure space on the delivery vehicle and ideally at the time of placing your order.
The cost for this service is £100 per item.
