This simple design creates such a beautiful soft light and can be used both as a floor lamp, bedside lamp or on a table, cabinet or other surface. It comes in a matt black finish and its base has a touch on/off/dimmer mechanism. It has the added feature where it can be plugged in to a micro-usb port, enabling portability of the lamp wherever you wish to use it.
What does Davide Groppi say?
A slender, light, ephemeral and abstract sculpture, it is a weightless ideogram. Absence and essence of light. It’s the emotion of an indirect light with an aesthetic poised between Scandinavian and Japanese design, two apparently distant cultures but, actually, very close. At the top, a thin metal open circle, almost a hook for fishermen of the soul. Anima is a lamp to be used on the floor or on low furniture, to keep close to yourself or to be used to create depth.

What is the “colour temperature”?
This is the technical term for the type of light provided and the ambiance that it creates. You can pick the options available for this lamp, along with your chosen colour/finish. As a guide, 3000k provides a warm white light and 2700k provides a warm light. RGB (which stands for Red, Green and Blue) lighting is offered for select product/s and this enables you to create millions of different colours of light, all based on these three primary colours.
What is the lighting output in lumen?
Lumens (denoted by lm) are a measure of the total amount of visible light (to the human eye) from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating the “brighter” the lamp will appear and you can see the lumen output for each lamp in the pick list options.
