This lamp has a transparent stem, almost giving the feeling that the light is floating. It creates a beautiful intimate atmosphere at your table, connecting you with those around it and it makes you consider light as a fundamental ingredient of the food. It’s portability gives you the freedom to bring light where you want it, simply and effortlessly. Although not officially an outdoor light, we have also included it to display in this category because of its beauty to use for outdoor socialising. However, it it is not officially an outdoor light and is not suitable to be left outside, just like other items you may use for outdoor entertaining. It received a mention of honour at the Compasso d’Oro ADI 2016.
What does Davide Groppi say?
This is an evolution of our Tetatet lamp. We have put into use a rechargeable lithium battery that allows the support column of the lamp to be practically “invisible”. The head of the lamp, where the battery is located, is lightweight and appears to be floating in air. The effect is innovative and magical. The support column is made of methacrylate. The Tetatet Flûte lamp fits perfectly with an elegant “mise en place”, bestowing beauty and spontaneity to any table.

What is the “colour temperature”?
This is the technical term for the type of light provided and the ambiance that it creates. You can pick the options available for this lamp, along with your chosen colour/finish. As a guide, 3000k provides a warm white light and 2700k provides a warm light. RGB (which stands for Red, Green and Blue) lighting is offered for select product/s and this enables you to create millions of different colours of light, all based on these three primary colours.
What is the lighting output in lumen?
Lumens (denoted by lm) are a measure of the total amount of visible light (to the human eye) from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating the “brighter” the lamp will appear and you can see the lumen output for each lamp in the pick list options.
